Singapore is an island with richly diverse cultures. This site is organized around the three major ethnic groups in Singapore: Chinese, Malay, and Indian. Visitors can learn about food, clothing, festivals (such as the Hungry Ghost Festival and Deepavali), and everyday customs. There is a monthly calendar of events and numerous pictures throughout the site. An extensive section covers the major religions in Singapore: Buddhism, Taoism, Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Sikhism.
