Ecology of the Black Sea

The site deals mainly with Black Sea from ecological point of view. The sea is a particular subject of interest before the international scientists society, since its basin is composed of two layers: an oxygen-containing one, and a poisonous, dihydrogen sulfur-containing one. By writing about Black Sea, the team aims to show how the ecological problem with seawater pollution can influence the quality of the ecosystems that it supports. It is a fact that Black Sea is only one of the bodies of water on Earth where this problem is starting to emerge. The purpose of this page is to show the existing problems, with the hope that people all over the world will be better aware of this type of ecological dangers. The team that was formed is native of Varna, Bulgaria and has direct encounters with Black Sea and its problems.
