Team Collaboration
According their own character and strong point,I gave their some suggestion.The members discussed and chose the task they are interested in.
Miaol,as a leader,is in charge of dividing the members to do different work.She will make a plan of the Introducing Page,and make the page of Our Harvest.
Jiawenw and Zhuitao are in charge of designing of experiment.And they will make two pages about experiment.They can make some questions for others on the pages.
Ziweiz is in charge of designing of producing rice wine.And she will make the page of Do It Yourself.She can make some questions for others on the page.
Zel will make the pages of edible and medical fungi. She can make some questions for others on the pages.
Xinchiy is in charge of designing of the page,Trouble with fungi.She will make the page.She can make some questions for others on the page.
Everyone took part in each experiment and activity and communicated with each other on the corresponding page.They will communicate with each other on the spot and on line.
Team Diversity
The members are from two different middle school.Only three students have computers access the Internet at home.And they are highly stressed and are busy in their study.We smooth away all the difficulties to finish the project on time. It takes us mearly each afternoon and each weekend to do our project.
