Team Collaboration

Well, you know we had our differences but we had overcome those differences made us a team. There was one day were our team had an argument where one person wants a certain font a certain color, so how we solved it was each of us have one different color each person has one thing. Seldom, we didn’t pay attention to each others ideas, but we overcame those challenged by giving each other time to speak out their thoughts. Aesthetically, we look different, but in reality we are all the same in some way where we can act one team and overcome our challenges.

Team Diversity

Our differences were sometimes overpowering, but we always worked through them. We have to Mexicans, one Filipino, and one Irish kid. We all have different personalities, skin color, and different ideas. But, we were able to accept it, and work over the obstacles that lie ahead. People may think it takes the same type of person to make a group, but It doesn’t matter what the color skin or the way of thinking, what matters is the friendships that you can create with different races.
