1999
Brainwave is a website with information about the brain and its functions, anatomy as well as its history, evolution. The site also features topics of interest such as IQ, memory, Extrasensory power. We added interactivity to the site by allowing users to submit their views on the topic. Education Objective : 1. Introduce the wonders of the brain to layman and students alike. Our aim is to present the beauty of the brain in a palatable, colourful manner, far from how it is featured in textbooks. We take the advantage of the Internet's flexibility to make learning about the brain an adventure in itself, with all the multimedia and interactivity to go with it. 2. We feel the need to increase our own team's knowledge in the brain and also our skills in web design and time management. And indeed this objective have been reached after all the months of planning and research.
