Space Colonization: Expansion into the Unknown

Our website consists of three main parts: NASA History, the International Space Station and Moon Colonization. Our main focus is man''s colonization of space and planets. In the History chapter, we look backwards and explain what NASA has so far done for space development. In the ISS chapter, we look at the present and near future, when the ISS will be inhabited by astronauts of various nations, who make another step towards space "colonization". In the moon colonization chapter, we look at the future, when perhaps the moon will be an affluent colony of us "Earthlings". In this chapter we also look at wether it''s realistic to think about such a colony, or wether it''s pure science-fiction. An educational objective is to get students excited about space travel, and perhaps colonization. For this purpose, we have included a page with links to websites teachers can use in their classes.
