Team Collaboration
Together as a team we over came many struggles. When Olivia had to miss two weeks due to a family emergency, we all worked harder so we could make up for both her and our work. When it came time to design a picture for our home page, we all drew pictures and voted on which one we thought would look best. Also, when we thought that a book would not be finished we all did a bit of research and got it together in time. Let's be honest here, often enough we didn't work together. Each teammate had separate jobs that carried a large enough load on themselves. We did not help each other as much as other teams might have. However, the end result of each of our separate pages became something beautiful.
Team Diversity
While we all come from very similar backgrounds and are all in the same school, we have diverse personalities. Olivia and Nicole are in the eighth grade and like humor. Chaz and Lindsey are in the 6th grade and both like to draw. Olivia does not believe in superstitions. Nicole is a skeptic and does not believe in all. Chaz thinks superstitions are just fun and games and he doesn't really care. Lindsey believes in only a few superstitions.
