Team Collaboration
Team Fussballer worked well together. At the beginning, the members figured out ways to divide continents up into manageable essays using the method of “divide and conquer.” Each member then researched countries, top players, and the history of soccer in each of their assigned continents. Though some students struggled with finding information about their continents, others stepped in and helped out. In the end, Team Fussballer had two students completed and two students still working, so the two who had nothing left to do stepped up to the plate and chipped in. Overall, the team worked well as a unit.
Team Diversity
In Team Fussballer, there are some very unique individuals contributing to the website. Among them is a Germany foreign exchange student, two a computer programmers, and an English geek. The foreign exchange student adds diversity to the website by bringing a different perspective to soccer, or “fussball,” as he knows it. The two computer programmers of Fussballer are unique in their own ways. One has struggled through computer difficulties, on his own computer, and prevailed. The other makes it her personal duty to have everyone up to speed and aids in any way she can. The English geek ensures that all the details are just right. Every little comma and period has to be in its proper place so the website is sure to be professional. Altogether, Team Fussballer, is a diverse group of individuals who come together to contribute as a whole.
