Team Collaboration

Creating this website has been an extremely enjoyable, but at the same time, a challenging task for all of us. We have built a website for the first time. When Akshita was informed about this project by our teacher Mrs. Meena she immediately started searching for members. Later she found Jaspreet and Karan as team members.

Initially, we were highly undecided on what topic to do our website on. The presence of an open category stretched our imaginations. Several interesting suggestions came up but in the end, we sticked to this topic and started working on it.

It was the all-encompassing importance of the topic and the interest we all had that made us sacrifice so many hours of study as well as leisure. Before starting this project,we divided tasks amonst us, Akshita and Jaspreet started working for the design and content.Though Jaspreet was new to this but, his skills proved to be quite useful.Akshita contributed significantly in designing website as well as content writing.Karan was given the task of producting graphics for website and his skills proved to be quite helpful. Our favourite form of communication was through the Internet, making use of the conference facility. In that way, we kept each other informed of the progress made.We also regularly sent email messages to one another.

Though we faced various problems during the process but, the worst was Akshita falling ill during the last few hours. The website at that time required some improvements which were later implemented by Karan and Jaspreet.

Although we all belong to the same school, we still found it quite challenging to colloborate and come up with this site. We tried to stick to the deadlines we had set ourselves earlier during planning to meet the deadline comfortably without last minute rush.

This project faced many obstacles. We overcame some and had to maneuver around others. Sure, some may say these few extra miles is just icing on the cake, but we believe it's the icing that takes the cake.

Team Diversity

Our team members are from KV Tagore Garden ,India. Our team members include Karan a student of XII standard with Hindu background,Jaspreet a XII standard student from Sikh religion inspired the team during the process. Akshita also a XII standard student having Hindu background teamed up with Jaspreet and Karan to design the website.

Last but not the least our primary coach Mrs Meena from Hindu religion and assistant coach Mrs Amandeep from sikh religion were always there to help us out during the process. It was their valuable guidance and support because which we could achieve the required standards and complete the said project.
