Team Collaboration
Our team worked really well. We divided all of our work evenly and every one was happy with what they got. We were able to communicate fine and comfortably ask each other questions and work together. Everyone was responsible in doing his or her task. There were no arguments throughout the project. We each gave out opinions without hesitation. Immaturity was not such a big problem and did not interfere with our advancement. Overall, the group project was a success.
Team Diversity
In our group, we had boys and girls, and three different races (Asian, Black, and Mexican). At first, it seemed to be a little complicated to communicate, but later on, we put our differences aside, and progressed through the project. The boys turned out to be really good at typing and illustrations. Girls on the other hand, were really organized and had grammatical knowledge. Though we had different religions and were different races and color, it didn’t get in the way of our progression & collaborative teamwork. Though our age and maturity levels were differentiated, it did not get in the way of our project. Overall, our races, age, religion, and maturity, we seemed to advance through the project very well. We are satisfied that our group was different, and managed to pull through together.
