Team Collaboration
Different tasks were given to different members of the team. But in the technical work of building the website all members were involved as their work was being tested there. Technical work was mainly done by Vansh. Text was collected by Harish. Photos, pictures and music of the site were collected and made by Naveen. And Shubham performed the task of the editor of the website. He edited the text, pictures and helped Vansh in designing the site. Naveen was also involved in the task of website designing. All the members helped each other for giving their best.
All this work has been done inspite of the constraints of non-availablity of computers & internet freely in the school premises; examination pressure; transfer of the Coach to another school.
Team Diversity
Although all the student team members of the team are in a single non profit school but belong to different regions of the vast country: India (7th largest in the world). Harish belongs to the southern region whereas Vansh belong to the eastern region of the country. Naveen and Shubham belong to the northern part of India. It was helpful for us as we got different kinds of thoughts and ideas which enhanced the thought process of the team and a better site.
