Team Collaboration
Andrei (19) is the team’s creative spirit, the one working at the design part of the project, always coming with exquisite ideas to value our work and suggestions that none of us would have ever thought of. He truly has a very rich imagination and extremely valuable web-design skills.
Alexandra (19) is the one with the literary skills. She always knows the best way to express our ideas and to mould them in an original and unique shape. Alexandra doesn’t hesitate when it comes to doing the work needed and gives us all an energy boost whenever we see her “in action”.
Iulian (18) is the optimistic one of the group. He does his job very carefully and calmly, without ever looking as if he were under pressure. He is probably the most mature of us all, having great abilities concerning technology. Like all of us, he puts a lot of soul in this project, being interested in its long term efficiency.
Catalina (18) is the most realistic one of us and maybe even the most ambitious. She works very fast, often under pressure, and accepts no errors. Like the rest of the team, she is relaxed and a fun person to be with, transforming work into pleasure. She is also extremely serious in the issues that appear and has original ideas.
Teodora (19) is the most serious and devoted member of the team. She is the one who mobilizes us all, having a great work capacity and extraordinary communication abilities. Moreover, she is well prepared in more areas and makes sure that everything is in order. Teo is the moral support of our team.
Corina is more than a simple mentor or an assistant coach. She undoubtedly took part in the information gathering and also in the process of systematization. In fact, she has great experience in this domain, and this must be the reason why she wanted to make sure everything was in order, checking the entire project and giving new ideas.
Gabriela, our coordinating teacher, was the one who helped us see that we can reach farther than locally, by opening the doors to worldwide communication to us. She has the “suitable” methods to motivate us, to encourage our work and to improve the technical part of our website.
Team Diversity
1. Our team isn’t just randomly made for the sake of competing in this contest. It is a good combination of characters and tempers, a mixture of different visions. The mutual interest for health originates not only in our relationship as collaborators, but also in our close friendship. Because we spend most of our time together, we are aware of each other’s aptitudes, complementing one another. We are all open towards new, truly wanting to promote a healthy lifestyle. Having mutual passions and interests, we find it easier to efficiently share our tasks according to what suits us better.
Even though our efforts have been great, the results have outrun our expectations, proving that it was truly worth it. In fact, the obstacles have been insignificant in comparison to the satisfaction that we have gained from this experience. Teamwork was essential in fixing errors and overcoming problems. Not only have we solved all the issues, but we have also “killed” them through our enthusiasm, transforming work into true pleasure.
