Team Collaboration

We worked together with a lot of laughs! It was so fun working together with each other. We had a blast doing the page, especially the movie. Of course there was a bunch of research, but we had fun doing it. We were awesome with technical things, like taking great photos!

Team Diversity

Our group was only 6th and 8th graders. Because we were separated by grade, Megan and Gabby in 6th, Kelly and Kathy in 8th grade, it would have been easy for the older girls to make everything go their way. What we found was that cooperation and respect got more work done and we could always find a way to use everybodies ideas. Even though it was a different arrangement, we worked together well and created a special bond.
