Team Collaboration

Our team members from two places are away from more than 3000 kilometers, usually mainly carries on the exchange through the telephone and the network. Team members in schools are very good students, when chooses party chief has encountered the difficulty. There are three very good organizational skills team members, they want to be captain. I had pondered is very long, afterward according to the project research's need, carried on the division of labor first, then let them act according to own characteristic, chose the matter which most wanted to do. Disputed, I help them analyze their own characteristics, and then choose the division of labor. In afterward research, they satisfied to their choice's post, and paid diligently, achieved the very good effect. Ziweiguo is team chief, is responsible to organize and carrying out team work. Xueren is the team deputy team chief, assists team chief to complete the work, and is responsible for contact with the outside. Xinwenye as resources minister is responsible for each kind of channel, like the books, the network, the newspaper and so on, to collect the information needed. Dannichen as a recorder is responsible for recording the whole process of team activities. Shaodongzheng is propaganda executive, is responsible for "Protection Vision" the electronic publication edition. Yongpengx is the external liaison department is long, is responsible for the Xining area the vision situation investigation. In more than month of time, the members through ThinkQuest this platform, from unfamiliar to the harmony, from start the independent study, to the cooperation research. Under party chief's leadership, made up for one's deficiency by learning from others' strong points, has overcome many difficulties, and has completed this project research together.

Team Diversity

Our team a total of eight members, six from Fuzhou city in Fujian Province, two from Xining city in Qinghai Province. Fuzhou is located in the southeast coast of China, Xining in northwest China's more than 2000 meters above sea level of the inland plateau, with more than 3000 km apart. I have chosen primary schools in Xining, as a member of the project, would like to know how north and South, the plains and highlands, coastal and the Mainland, economically developed and less developed regions, as well as students eye the difference in visual acuity. We survey the primary one from third grade to high school, so can compare the growth with age, changes in the eyesight of students. In the team members, three members have strong organizational skills, they also have their own different characteristics: Shaodongzheng especially good at the editing of electronic newspapers and periodicals; Dannichen particularly strong writing skills, the team responsible for recording activities in peacetime, upload and edit; Ziweiguo capacity in the organization better than both of them as a team captain, is responsible to organize the team. Xinwenye in more skilled computer usage, as the Minister responsible for the collection from the channels of information required. Xueren exchanges with people, communication, good coordination ability, do for the deputy team chief, is responsible between schoolmates to exchange with the team outside. Special teams in the organization the members to correct incorrect ocular gymnastics has done a lot of effort, achieved good results, by school teachers and students affirmed.
