Team Collaboration

Having worked as a team we have grasped a lot from each other and enjoyed the working process as a whole,mostly because of the applaudable coorperation.Fortunately,we did not have character clashes. We instead respected each other,were equally devoted and listened to each other's suggestions and assigned each other necessary duties.Mohato,one of the team members,was instrumental in the technical aspect of this narration as he possesed in profusion,a vast knowledge of the 'hows' in this field.Thokozile,another member was just as invaluable with her stamina as our secretary during researches.She was in addition,able to contain all our contents in one voice for us.Lastly,but not least all,our team comprised of Maseeng.She was more than just the cherry on top;her capacity to think out of the box,compel brainstorming and ease in the aiding of the team to come to a concord in uncertainty proved to be crucial in stirring a concoction for success of this project. We all had our way with words but managed to combine all our format styles into one colourful compilation.

Team Diversity

We had a miscellany of backgrounds and personalities. Maseeng with her cordiality and charisma played an important role as she dealt with the interviews and organising co-vocalists. She has a mixed race family background which blended easily with our theme because her contributions were from a practical perspective. Thokozile had the quality of being humble whilst Mohato and Maseeng were the more decisive members.This facilitated the team's peace and catalysed the work more efficiently.Maseeng has a persistant and pushy character and the other members were more unperturbed. This substantiated a balance between time for vocation and time for vacation.Mohato, the only male, had a well-endowed background of understanding the importance of women's contribution in leadership so there were no hassles in decision -making which was fair.
