The educational objectives of this entry are: 1- to introduce students in grades 4-6 to the incredible nature of tornadoes through text, photos, map, and chart, as well as hyperlinks to www educationally-supportive sites 2- to teach the students how to make themselves, and those around them, safer during a tornado 3- to encourage open dicussion after the students have left the site about tornadoes and tornado safety 4- to involve students in the implementation of tornado safety plans 5- to involve the students in fully-interactive internet learning
