Team Collaboration
To make sure our grammar and work were correct we helped each other edit our pages. We split up the different categories on our website based on what we were interested in and came to a conclusion on who would do what peacefully so there was no fighting. Also, even though not all of us were able to use email and/or the phone, we were able to work together by meeting up at each other’s houses and reviewing before hand what we needed to do.
Team Diversity
Due to the fact that we were all born in America and knew only a little of Korea, we were able to neutrally look at the facts and add them to our website. Since our families came from Asia (specifically China) we had an interest on the countries in that part of the world. We wanted to learn about Korea since it is close to China and has many similarities, but is still different enough and far away enough that we actually did not know much about it. Our ancestry helped us understand things from a foreign country’s view. Also, one of us had a religion and was familiar with some of the traditional thought of Korea because it was like their own. Our common ancestry helped us get along with each other because we had a thing in common.
