Team Collaboration

Our team worked very hard to create our pages. When we got into fights, we talked things out and worked out our problems. Sometimes our coach had to help us figure out how to compromise. If we got stuck on something, we asked for help by our team mates and they were always there to rely on. There were many times that one person figured out how to do something and then taught the others. It was really fun trying new programs!

Team Diversity

All of our team members live in the same town and go to the same school, but we have have different family backgrounds and ethnicity. One of our members has a mixed race background and different family customs. One of our members moved here from another state and has a different way of looking at things sometimes. We all like different types of cartoons and had to work out some arguments before we realized that people just sometimes prefer different things.
