Our entry is an introduction to Track and Field and the Olympics, which describes the track and field events, world records and school records. Tips for Training includes nutrition and health, how to warm-up and stretches to make you a better athlete There are track and field links, and an area to put what you think about our site. Other students can send us their school records which we will add to our site to compare. We have a message board where other students can add cool facts to the cool track facts page . We provide other links, such as The Track and Field web site (which gave us authorization to use their site}. We also added a guestbook and search engine to help people who visit our site.

The nutrition section analyzes the quality of sports drinks and high-energy bars and also provides basic information about sound nutritional practices for athletes.
