This site takes an in depth view on some of today's hate crimes. We use South Carolina's proposed Hate Crimes Bill; s.45, sponsered by state senators Glover, Washington, Elliot and Jackson.Crimes we cover are based on sexism, ageism, homophobia, racism, and religious persecution. We also explore prejudices based on physical appearance/social status and physical/mental health. Also included are supplementary crimes that may not apply to the hate crimes bill specifically, but that we have found to be relevant to the topic. Lists of inspiring books, movies, and CDs, are also included.

We wish to put a messsage across to the world :End racism end once and for all! We wish to convey the message that although people have different skin colour and different ways worshiping god, they are not any more inferior than we are, because in the first place there is no 'they' and no 'we'. WE are all one big family. We wish to bring to light many cases of racial discrimination all over the world such as USA,Indonesia, Germany etc. These are different places all over the globe but all at one time having experienced racial and religious conflicts. Some have managed to emerge stronger and more harmonious while others are now still in the process of social and political breakdown. Each country has a different story to tell and we hope the younger generation can learn from their experiences. We also hope to instill sense of respect for other races and religions
