Typically Dutch

1997
Available in Dutch and English, this page gives online visitors to Holland information about things that are, well, "typically Dutch." Why are the water-control dikes such an important part of life there? How many varieties of tulips does Holland grow? How many types of windmills exist, and how do they work? Does anybody really wear wooden shoes? The site also talks about cows, cheese, Delft pottery, food, and the ever-popular Christmas visitor, "Sinterklaas."
