The Good, the Bad and the Medieval

1999
Our site is a good source of information on Medieval times. One of the good things about our site is it written about one particular thing, instead its more like a smorgasbord of information about Medieval times. It teaches about life in Medieval times. There are many homemade pictures (made by the artist on our team, Charles) that help teach about the topic we are talking about. For example, on our armor page we have a link to a picture of a suit of armor, with all the parts labeled. We also have a photograph of what we are explaining. That picture is a picture of some chain mail rings.

History of the Crusades

1998
In the legends, knights always seem to be so romantic. In reality, these knights were not as courteous and chivalrous as we've been told. On crusade in hot, desert countries, their armor turned into sweat boxes, which made it hard to be chivalrous. In spite of this, there were four different crusades to "free" the Christian holy lands from the Muslims, and in the process, make the crusaders wealthy men. This page provides a brief history of each crusade and both sides of the conflict.
