Step 6: Site Profile

Site Profile Overview

The Site Profile is a short questionnaire about your team and website. This information is viewed by ThinkQuest Judges and can also be viewed by visitors to the ThinkQuest Library once the site is published following the competition.

Along with your team's website, the Site Profile is a required part of your entry in the ThinkQuest Website Competition. Teams who do not submit a Site Profile by the Entry Submission Deadline risk disqualification.

Once the Site Profile is submitted, the Site Profile and website files cannot be edited. However, if edits need to be made, the Site Profile can be temporarily unsubmitted and then re-submitted prior to the Entry Submission Deadline.

Submit the Site Profile

Students should compose answers to the Site Profile questions, but the Coach is the only one who can actually fill out and submit the Site Profile online. The students and Assistant Coach can view the Site Profile, but cannot edit or submit it.

To submit the Site Profile (Coach only):
  1. Log in to the ThinkQuest Competition space using your coach username and password (or ThinkQuest Projects username and password, if applicable).
  2. Click the Site Profile link under the name of the appropriate team in the My Teams list.
