If I delete a Student List, will the accounts of all the students on the list be deleted as well?
No, deleting a Student List does not delete the accounts of the students. It only deletes the list itself. To delete a student's account and content, view the instructions in the
School Accounts section.
How many people can I have on My Buddy List?
You can have up to 20 people on your Buddy List.
Can I save messages?
No, it is not possible to save messages. All messages expire at some point.
Can I view the messages that I have sent?
Teachers who send a message to a Student List will also receive a copy of the message, so that they can keep track of messages that have been sent to students. Similarly, Coaches, teacher members, and Moderators who send a message to members of a project will also receive a copy of the message.
The only way to view a personal message that you have sent is to visit the
My Messages page of the recipient (as long as the message hasn't already expired or been deleted by the recipient).
Can teachers send a message to all students in a school / all teachers in a school / all members in a school?
The only way to send a message to all students in a school is to create a
Student List containing all the students in the school. There is currently no way to send a message to all teachers in a school or all members in a school.
