I am trying to visit a ThinkQuest Library site but I am informed the site is unavailable. Why is this?
Sometimes we must take a site out of the ThinkQuest Library for maintenance. If you want to know when a site will be returned to the Library, contact us with the name and URL of the site.
I have found a ThinkQuest Library site with inappropriate content. What should I do?
Please contact us with the name and URL of the site in question.
Some ThinkQuest Library sites have content that is inaccurate or outdated. Why is this?
ThinkQuest Library sites are presented as examples of student collaboration, research, and project learning in the context of the ThinkQuest Competition. While we require teams to verify and cite all sources of information, it is possible for some sites to contain inaccuracies; in addition, sites created for competitions in past years may contain outdated information. If you have a concern about the quality of content on any ThinkQuest Library site, please contact us with the name and URL of the site in question and the nature of your concern.
I am a member of a team that submitted a site in a previous ThinkQuest Competition. Can we edit our site that is in the ThinkQuest Library?
Normally we do not permit the editing of sites once they have been entered into the ThinkQuest Library, as sites represent the efforts of student teams within the context of a ThinkQuest Competition. In exceptional circumstances we may permit the editing of a site (by us on behalf of the team) after it has entered the Library. Please have the team's Coach contact us with your team information, the edits you want to make, and the reason for requesting the edits.
Can I find out more about the creators of a site?
Yes, you can click the
"About This Site" link in the ThinkQuest banner (which appears in the upper right corner of every site) to view a page with information about the team that created the site. In addition, many sites include an "About Us" page with information about the team.
